What information The Local Alchemist may collect, how it’s used, and how to get in touch about it.
This policy applies to The Local Alchemist, a brand of Bobble Solutions, and covers personal information submitted through this website, by email, by phone, or during initial enquiry conversations.
For UK GDPR purposes the data controller is Bobble Solutions. You can reach the controller using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, and any project details you choose to send. If you call or message us, we keep enough of the conversation to follow up properly.
Personal information is processed on the basis of legitimate interests, namely responding to your enquiry and discussing potential work, and where you become a client, to perform our contract with you. Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess fit, deliver services, and keep proper records. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, record-keeping, and legitimate business administration. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
This site does not currently run analytics or set tracking cookies. If analytics are added later we’ll choose a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool (such as Plausible or Fathom) that records anonymous page views without personal data, and we’ll update this notice.
A small set of providers help run the site and route enquiries: a web host, an email provider for [email protected], and Telegram (for routing contact-form submissions to us). These providers process information only to deliver their services to us and don’t use it for their own marketing.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict how it’s processed, and to ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, get in touch using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you think we’ve mishandled your data.
